The study looked at how satisfied Mitsubishi drivers were with the services they received at dealerships over the last year. Mitsubishi came in third among all the other brands that were part of the study. The research was conducted from July through December of 2020, and 62,519 drivers participated by reporting on the quality of the service process and experience. Both dealerships and independent businesses participated, and vehicles between one and three years old were covered.

What customers are looking for

Overall, customers reported better experiences for dealers that had online or remote payment options. Customers also preferred express service. Mitsubishi scored 857 points out of a possible 1,000, which is 11 points higher than the previous year when the company placed fourth. With the company’s upcoming redesign of the 2022 lineup, it’s likely that this ranking could be even higher next year.
